Project manager – Active directory, Office 365, Azure Role Overview Client is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the Corporate IT staff as a continginet worker, to create, implement, and support key elements of our Network strategy. This position will be responsible for plan design and coordinate the implementation of government gloud community requirement for entities to satisfy the legal requirements. This role assumes a high degree of knowledge in the Active directory , trust, cloud segregation requirements. This role is also responsible for participating in the introduction of new processes and procedures to help the Client businesses increase employee productivity and engagement, and increase integration with backend business processes.
Essential Responsibilities
- Understanding and past working experience on office 365, Active directory setup for entities working for US government
- Understand the requirements of setting up and executing the GCC (government cloud community) requirements
- Develop all project management deliverables and project artifacts required for the projects
- Create and manage project plans effectively
- Schedule and track deliverables Organizing governance meetings tatus reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with stakeholders for deliverables Manage risks, issues, and plan mitigations.
- Client/Vendor contract reviews and negotiations manage procurement and delivery
- Manage project financials cost and plan contingency
- Maintain contractual documents and evidence for milestone approvals
- Handover and transition to Services team.
- Manage Change control process for any scope change.
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s). Master’s Degree a plus.
- A PMP certification a plus, but not mandatory Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of Project management experience in IT
- Strong understanding of latest technologies in network domain and best practices (ITIL) as well as experience developing and enhancing complex processes
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established timeframes and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication and technical skills are essential.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, be a team player, meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
- Individual must be highly motivated, results-oriented with keen attention to detail and able to work in fast-paced environment
