Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Sales inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Schedule and arrange first-round HR interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Reach out to prospective clients and provide information about products and services.
  • Answer queries and resolve doubts related to company offerings.
  • Collect and record necessary client and candidate information accurately.
  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (preferred).
  • Freshers are also welcome
  • Strong communication skills in English (Tamil-preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and good problem-solving skills.
