About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our
Retail Investor Relations
function. This role will oversee the full investor lifecycle — from acquisition and advisory to reinvestment and exits — acting as a trusted advisor for HNIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the single point of contact for retail investors

Advise on suitable projects & products based on financial goals

Manage investor exits, reinvestments & ongoing engagement cycles

Conduct investor meets, webinars, and HNI networking sessions

Build a strong investor pipeline through referrals and professional networks

Key Deliverables & Success Metrics:

Investor dashboards & onboarding reports

Tracking reinvestments, exits, and inflows

Investor satisfaction & engagement scores

Contribution of retail investors to overall business sales

Ideal Candidate Profile:

8–12 years' experience in wealth management, financial or real estate advisory

Strong HNI network & proven investor relationship management skills

MBA / relevant financial advisory qualification preferred
