Weare looking for: Quality Professional ,

·You will define andimplement quality plan for given product line / projects enabling thedevelopment team to achieve their product quality goals.

·You are responsible forProjects reporting, Analysis of trends, Root Cause analysis, identification ofprocess Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions.

·You will extensivelycollaborate with Business Partners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and projectteams to understand the process challenges and address the same using Lean /Agile principles.

·You will work as Lean /Agile coach for the projects.You will need to support and guide the teams forinternal audits, external audits, customer audits.

·You will be identifying theprocess trainings for the teams and addressing as suitable.

·You will implement thedefined processes, optimize existing processes, initiate process improvements,and drive continuous improvements (CI) in projects.

Use your skillsto move the world forward

·You have aBachelor's/Master’s degree in any branch of engineering.

·8 to 12 years of experiencesoftware quality and at least 5 years of experience in Agile-Scrum / Leanmethodologies.

·Implementation experienceof Agile Scrum / Lean for Software Development / DevOps, ISO 9001 and CMMi aremust.

·Exposure to ISO 27001,Scripting Languages and Statistical Analysis tools would be advantageous.

·Being good at ListeningSkills, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Strong presentation skills,Inter-personal skills, energetic and ”Go-getter”.
