Job Summary :

We are in search of a seasoned Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant/Architect to fortify our India Center of Excellence, ideally stationed in Gurugram or Hyderabad. This pivotal position mandates a minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience, showcasing extensive prowess in SAP SD and a distinguished history of spearheading end-to-end implementations on a global scale.

The ideal candidate will epitomize exceptional domain expertise, adeptly navigating the SAP S/4HANA cloud private edition landscape. Reporting directly to the Global ERP Lead, this pivotal position entails fostering collaborative synergy with global functional teams, fostering close collaboration with the Global AMS partner, and ensuring unwavering adherence to governance frameworks and stringent audit compliance.

Moreover, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in the Change Control Board (CCB), proffering expert counsel on reported issues and furnishing ERP solutions. This includes strategic guidance to preserve the health of the SAP ERP system, aligning seamlessly with evolving business requisites. They will champion the pursuit of a unified instance with a solitary template, meticulously evaluating requests to uphold system integrity and longevity.

In addition to core SAP functionalities, adeptness in master data management is paramount. The candidate must exhibit proficiency in managing Sales Master data across all views for and making sure financial accuracy obtained. Furthermore, proficiency in crafting tailored Fiori reporting solutions is pivotal. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Fiori reporting tools to enhance global and regional financial functionalities. By harnessing Fiori reporting tools, they will empower stakeholders with seamless access to real-time insights, thereby amplifying decision-making processes and operational efficacy.

In essence, this role transcends the traditional realms of software implementation; it's about orchestrating operational excellence within a digital framework, where each configuration seamlessly aligns with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in multiple end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects within the ERP organization.

- Collaborate with global and regional business teams to understand their requirements and deliver tailored SAP SD solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP SD modules to meet business needs within the set framework.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and other modules such as SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP FI/CO, and third-party applications.

- Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP SD processes.

- Develop and enforce the SD framework, ensuring adherence by both ERP and business teams.

- Work closely with the Global AMS partner to deliver timely solutions.

- Ensure strict adherence to defined governance frameworks and support audit compliance requirements.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for business teams.

- Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation and reports.

- Ensure the ERP landscape runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Resolve complex issues within the SD domain, leveraging strong problem-solving skills.

- Integrate SAP SD with CRM solutions and third-party marketing and sales solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration with reporting solutions such as Power BI and OneLake.

- Offer flexibility to work with global functional teams across different time zones.

- Travel as required to support both USA and India operations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Science, Engineering, or related field from a premier institute.

- 7+ years of SAP SD functional experience.

- Proven experience with at least 3-4 end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects.

- Strong experience working with global clients.

- Excellent client-facing skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of integration between SAP SD and other modules like SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP CO.

- Experience with CRM solutions integration and third-party marketing and sales solutions.

- Expertise in integrating reporting solutions such as Power BI and OneLake.

- Willingness to travel for short and long-term durations.
