We strive for an impeccable balance between aesthetics and comfort, building spaces that nurture, inspire, and delight.Role DescriptionDevelop a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and lifestyle to create customized design concepts. Create comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and colour palettes that align with the client's vision.Space Planning.Material and Finish Selection and Sourcing.Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines effectively, while addressing any challenges that may arise.Use design software and tools to create 2 D and 3 D renderings for client presentations.Prepare comprehensive presentations that articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.Work closely with in-house and external teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.QualificationsA minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury interior design with a proven portfolio of successful projectsSpace Planning and Architecture skillsConstruction Drawings expertiseInterior Design and FF&E knowledgeAbility to create innovative designsStrong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skillsProficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design softwareEffective communication and presentation skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldA network of industry contacts and resources is advantageous
