React Lead – Immediate Joiners PreferredLocation: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / NoidaExperience: 10–15 YearsAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI Developer with 12–15 years of hands-on expertise in front-end technologies, particularly React.js and Ionic Framework , to lead our UI development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering high-performance, scalable, and cross-platform applications.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of responsive, cross-platform applications using Ionic Framework .Build and maintain dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js .Implement robust state management using Redux or similar libraries.Integrate front-end components with GraphQL or RESTful APIs , including Google Maps and video streaming solutions .Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.Utilize AWS services (e.g., S3, CloudFront, Lambda) for deployment, scalability, and performance optimization.Write and maintain unit and integration tests using React Testing Library , Jest , or equivalent frameworks.Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility for seamless user experiences.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Strong proficiency in React.js , JavaScript , TypeScript , and Ionic Framework .Experience with Node.js and familiarity with AWS services is a strong advantage.Solid understanding of frontend architecture , performance optimization , and security best practices .Proven ability to lead and mentor UI development teams.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
