We are looking for strong Atlassian administrator to support our cloud application suite. This position is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and extending our Atlassian suite. Within this role, you will directly affect process implementation, integrate Atlassian products with other internal applications, and drive efficiencies for our organization.Job Experience Requirements:At least 3 years of experience as an Atlassian Cloud Admin, with a strong focus on Guard, Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery (JPD), Jira Service Management (JSM) and Bitbucket. Experience working in Atlassian Cloud Enterprise plan is desired.Proven experience in configuring and customizing Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields to meet specific team requirements.Solid understanding of Jira administration, including user management, permissions, and security settings.Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and add-ons, and their integration with Jira and Confluence.Experience troubleshooting and resolving Atlassian tool-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.Certifications in Atlassian products such as ACP-620, ACP-OA, and ACP-120 is a plusExperience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Low code platform, Survey monkey, Poppulo is a plusJob Responsibilities:Administer and configure the Atlassian suite of tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery (JPD), Jira Service Management (JSM) and Bitbucket.Manage user accounts, permissions, and general system configuration.In partnership with scrum master / project manager, address business problems and provide scalable solutions using Atlassian products.Identify areas of improvement within the Atlassian suite and perform analysis and review of current workflows, projects, permissions, and functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Atlassian tools, including performance, access, and functionalityCreate and update documentation on the setup and administration of Atlassian products.Build dashboards and reports to support business stakeholdersStay informed about the latest features, updates, and trends in Atlassian tools and recommend improvements for their optimal usageMaintain governance policies, security controls, and compliance standards related to Atlassian toolsConduct regular audits and optimizations of Atlassian tool configurations, user access, and permission settingsProvide technical and operational support as well as conduct training for employees and new hires on the usage of Jira and other Atlassian toolsExperience in migration of Jira project and data from Server or DC to Cloud instance and vice-versaSupport SharePoint Online including in-house built application from the Microsoft low code platformTier III support for global service desk for Microsoft 365 servicesOther duties as requiredMatchPoint Solutions provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
