About the role:
The Product Line Manager will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth in Europe by managing our new EV Charger products and solutions in the region.
What you will do: 

Become the face of the solution for customers, the VOC (Voice of the Customer) for internal stakeholders and own the design of the EV Chargers. Be obsessed with our customers -- who they are, what their needs and pain points are, why they trust certain products and not others, etc. Drive meetings with distributors, installers, and homeowners. Understand and document critical product gaps and new product requirements. You are responsible to drive efforts to fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve user experience. Act as a regional product owner and support the full product life cycle; from ideation to launch, development, marketing, sales, deployment, and complete customer experience. Contribute to the product strategy and drive alignment with the engineering team. Support sales and marketing by participating in customer meetings and developing sales and marketing collaterals, documents, and presentations. Drive pilot launch of new products and solutions by collaborating with multiple teams across the company. Help offshore development teams prioritize activities by understanding relative business value of new features. Participate in and track the product development process ensuring agile product development and responsiveness to evolving market needs. Conduct competitive assessments. Manage relationships with partners (manufacturing companies, distribution partners, customers, etc.) Track emerging EVSE standards and ensure new products are designed to meet these ahead of time.

Who you are and what you bring: 

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or software engineering (ME/EE) preferred, or in automotive/aerospace/mechanical engineering. 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, energy economics, or related field. Hands-on software or hardware product development and management experience in previous roles. First-hand technical work experience with EVSE (EV charger) Coming from the EVSE or automotive industry you will bring knowledge on EVSE systems and infrastructure. Solid project management skills with an ability to manage several parallel workflows, schedules, and deliverables. Proven ability to quickly understand and learn product and solution functionalities, and limitations, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Arena, Microsoft Office Ability to work with international cross-functional teams to help establish effective processes. Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on attitude and a strong desire for growth and advancing professional skills.
