Director Of Staffing

Responsibilities: As the Head of the Overseas Recruiting Agency in India, you will be responsible for: Launching and making the agency profitable, focusing on sourcing non-skilled and semi-skilled labor in India for overseas customers. Establishing and maintaining operational and QA processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Continuously seeking growth opportunities for the company by meeting potential clients and attending industry events. Developing and implementing strategies for promoting the company in overseas markets. Ensuring the company's business activities comply with all legal requirements. Achieving profitability within 12 months of the project launch. Monitoring subordinates reports and handling complex client issues. Resolving issues with consulates and other authorities. Managing a team.-Preparing and managing the agency's budget.-Interacting with government authorities to ensure smooth operations. Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual who meets the following criteria: Proven experience in sending blue collar labor from India to overseas destinations (mainly Europe and Gulf). Experience in client acquisition in domestic or international markets, or an existing client base. Leadership experience, managing a team of at least two people. A minimum of five years of experience in the overseas staffing industry preferably for Gulf and Europe. What We Offer: Work hours from 10 AM to 7 PM IST. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Lunch Break: Approximately 1 hour. Annual Paid Leave: 28 days. Overtime: None.
