Responsibility:
Prospecting new business in assigned vertical customer identification, dealing, negotiating and finalizing.
Understanding requirements / RFQ & Enquiry specifications.
Techno-Commercial quotation preparation and estimating Cost for the enquiry.
Ensuring timely submission and follow – up on proposals.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
Responsible for booking the sales order in ORACLE ERP, Customer Registration in CRM.
Responsible for On-time orders / schedule updates and delivery.
Internal communication with design, production or dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing.
Responsible for Payment follow-up with customer to ensure timely release of payment against orders.
Work experience (years) – Minimum 6 months to 2 years
Educational Qualification - BE / B-tech, Diploma in any specification (mechanical preferable)
Skillset -
Hands-on experience or command of Computer operation, MS Office, CRM, or any standard ERP.
Communication should be good in English written and verbal. Must know Hindi or any one of the regional languages.
