Role : Backend Senior

Roles & Responsibilities :

Must Have :

- Professional experience in software development in the Java environment (min. 7+ years)

- Very good knowledge of multi-tier and cloud-based architectures (Microsoft Azure, AWS)

- Very Good experience in JAVA 8 or higher version

- Extensive experience in Backend development: Spring, Hibernate/JPA Frameworks

- Good Experience in REST/GrapghQL and Mircoservice based development

- Good Knowledge in (SQL/ noSQL) database

- Good Experience in writing Unit test cases

- Knowledge of common software development tools (Sonar, Git, Confluence, JIRA/Azure Devops)

- Methodical knowledge of agile software development (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)

- Excellent ability to work in a team, independently organized work

Good to Have :

- Understanding of monitoring solutions to ensure the general system status (ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana)

- Understanding of DevOps(CI/CD) implementation

- AWS/Azure or any cloud certifications.

- Good to have kafka/RabbitMQ integration experience

- Good to have domain knowledge -how in the automotive area


- Strong experience developing modern applications and deploying them in public clouds with full awareness of the infrastructure behind

- More than 7 years of experience in Java development

- Experience in agile software development methodology and open-source software development

- Experience in setting up and running scalable services in a Cloud (Azure preferred) environment.

- Profound knowledge with regards to Open Source development ideally within the Catena-X environment
