Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a critical role in attracting top talent for our Products and Services teams.Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech Product & Services hiring.Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune (Hybrid)What You will Do -- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.- Effectively sell the role and our company brand to prospective candidates.- Thoroughly screen resumes, evaluating career progression, gaps, and education history.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding.- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and act as a trusted talent advisor.- Utilize a mix of sourcing channels, with a strong focus on social media recruitment and employer branding.- Proactively engage employees to generate high-quality referrals.- Manage recruitment data, providing insights through reports and dashboards.What We are Looking For- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- A natural connector, able to build rapport quickly and authentically.- Skilled in social media hiring and passionate about employer branding.- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and analyse recruitment data effectively.
