We serve a diverse range of industries, from startups to large enterprises, offering taxation, audit, compliance, and business advisory services.Role Overview: Chartered Accountant – Taxation, Audit & ComplianceWe are hiring a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–3 years of experience to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This leadership role involves managing the Taxation, Audit, and Compliance team, advising clients, and ensuring regulatory adherence across various engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ManagementLead and mentor a team of CA Articles and junior staff.Provide technical guidance on taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team development.Taxation, Audit & Financial ReportingSupervise the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and Statutory Audit Reports.Manage GST audits, tax computations, and annual filings.Review and finalize financial statements and audit documentation.Regulatory Compliance & RepresentationDraft replies and represent clients in hearings under the Income Tax Act and GST Act.Coordinate with tax authorities for assessments, inquiries, and departmental proceedings.Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other relevant regulations.Client Advisory & ConsultingAdvise clients on compliance under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST.Provide strategic tax planning, risk mitigation, and financial consulting.Handle corporate law assignments, due diligence, and restructuring support.Internal Operations & CoordinationCollaborate with HR and admin teams for recruitment and internal process improvements.Contribute to firm-wide strategic planning and business development initiatives.Compliance MonitoringMonitor statutory deadlines and maintain client compliance calendars.Implement compliance frameworks and internal control processes.Candidate RequirementsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA)0–3 years of post-qualification experienceIn-depth knowledge of Indian Tax Laws, GST, Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and Companies ActExperience with financial statement preparation, audits, and regulatory filingsStrong communication, analytical, and leadership skillsMust be based in or willing to commute to Navi Mumbai, MaharashtraWhat We OfferLeadership role in a dynamic CA firmHands-on exposure to complex and high-value client assignmentsProfessional and collaborative work environmentContinuous learning and career growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation aligned with experience and performance
