Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Business Analyst for Investments Technology at our Chennai location. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams. The Business Analyst will also play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

·      Support and Expand the Investment Performance Calculation and Reporting Applications .

·      Understand and document business and functional requirements for performance calculation and reporting.

Required Skills

·      Candidate must have 7-10 years of experience working with Asset Management firms

·      Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience working on investment performance calculation & reporting projects

·      Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience with projects related to IBOR systems for Asset Management firms supporting all the major asset classes

·      Candidate must be able to query and analyze data using SQL tools

·      Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills

·      Candidate must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university in IT/Computer Science
