Key Responsibilities

1. Initial planning of Project (WTG / Wind Farm) based on Synch plan I.e Business Plan

2. Monitor the project progress and change plan to avoid resource Idling.

3. Monitor output with respect to norms and support to improve outcome and make benchmarks.

4. Coordinate with engineering and quality and ensure evaluation of approval.

5. Co-ordinate with SCM for the contractor identification and development to enable fulfilling the need of contractors as per the synch plan.

6. Ensure availability and provision of tools-tackles and logistic resources to manpower agency to work on time to provide desired output as per the Target.

7. Keep inventory control of BOP materials and manage movement of all these items from one project to other.

8. Continues work to reduce the cost per turbine. Intervene for operational efficiency, work resource idling cost and work to reduce it.

9. Do cost analysis based on productivity and provide sustainability for continuity.

10. Identify scope and all major milestones based on the contract and project schedule.

11. Prepared detailed (Level 3) schedules (Day Wise Monitoring) for critical activities, construction activities for close monitoring in Primavera.

12. Monitoring actual work progress w.r.t planned project Schedule & update the Site progress in P6.

13. Proactively plan and identify resources for construction activities for smooth execution of the WTGs

14. Project Progress Reporting (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).

15. Proactively identify issues that might lead to slippage in schedule & contractual milestones, timely escalation of issues of slippages & delays to higher management and suggest corrective actions.

16. Prepare the Catch-up plan for delayed activities to expedite the progress.

17. Critical Path Reporting.

18. Simulate scenarios based on events/issues/risks.

19. Site Level Progress S-Curves whenever required.

20. Expediate all delayed site related activities WTG Installation& Commissioning)

21. Supporting the contract departments during contract changes and time impact analysis.

22. Project Coordination between various departments


Education & Experience

BE or B. Tech

8+ years of relevant experience in EPC Project Mangement.
