  • Utilize SQL, Tableau, DBT and other tools to analyze and visualize complex datasets.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
Data Integration and Processing :
  • Work with AWS and Snowflake to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
SQL Database Management :
  • Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to retrieve, update, and manipulate data.
  • Manage and optimize databases for performance and efficiency.
Predictive Modelling :
  • Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and insights.
  • Evaluate model performance and refine algorithms as needed.
Collaboration and Communication :
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and provide insights.
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
Data Governance and Security :
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and enhance data security measures.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science).
  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in DBT, Tableau, AWS, Snowflake, and SQL.
  • Experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modelling.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Non-Technical/ Behavioural competencies required :
  • Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills.
  • Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skills.
  • Should be a quick learner, self-starter, go-getter and team player.
  • Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure.
