Your work profile

As a Deputy Manager in our Transaction Services Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Work as part of a team, analyzing industries, companies and markets to drive unique insights to aid clients’ strategic decisions. This is a client-facing role, which might involve interaction with corporate CXOs and investment teams of financial sponsors and asset managers. Work with some of the most intellectually stimulating clients Perform high quality analysis within timelines and with minimum supervision Display energy, positive attitude and team work on engagements and act upon feedback and coaching received Attempt to increase realization per hour on projects by working efficiently and minimizing inefficiencies. Establish strong connections with the client team and keep them engaged on key findings during the course of project Should have the ability to draw out conclusions from the project modules where they are responsible

Educational and experience requirement

A post-graduate degree in management from a leading Indian or global business school Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Outstanding oral and written communication Ability to develop and analyze financial statements Ability to work in unstructured environments and to tight deadlines Experience in strategy or M&A, with a consulting firm, would be an added advantage Focused on high quality service Fluency in written & verbal English

Location and way of working

Base location: Delhi/ Mumbai/ Bengaluru This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
