Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Ethics & Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting adherence to our Corporate Ethics, Privacy, and Compliance Program policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support adherence to the Corporate Ethics, Privacy, and Compliance Program policies and procedures.
  • Draft and ensure consistency with local policies and procedures to Corporate ECP policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate, support, and monitor regulatory and government audits. Work with Compliance teams to develop department work plans and status reporting to leadership compliance committees.
  • Conduct investigations and validation reviews to assess compliance of business processes with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures (includes ethics, compliance, and privacy-related investigations).
  • Assist in the corporate implementation of new laws or regulations. Govern existing laws and regulations adherence. Assist in training new hires and may deliver induction and advanced sessions on Ethics, Privacy, and Compliance.
  • Create internal and external awareness using electronic and print media. Respond to associates' inquiries. Investigate allegations of associate misconduct. Review disclosed conflicts of interest. Support program oversight or projects as assigned.
  • Support Carelon Ethics programs in India and the Philippines. This position may support privacy initiatives as needed. Ability to perform in a highly matrixed, international environment. Potentially unconventional hours. 10% travel expectation, including potential international travel.
  • Help establish a sound Ethics System and execute the company's global ethics program throughout local offices in India and the Philippines, ensuring that Ethics global policies, processes, and tools are effectively communicated to the appropriate employee groups in the organization.
  • Design and implement localized ethics compliance programs in entities within the organization as needed. Ensure the organization receives appropriate proactive and reactive ethics engagement.
