Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Record journal entries and reconcile bank statements.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Assist in preparation of tax returns and compliance documents.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and accounting documents.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP etc.).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of accounting experience can apply.
