Urgently required MEP Manager for the well-known company Real-Estate Developer company located at Sion.
Role & responsibilities
Contract Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate contracts, including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution for projects.
Evaluation of New Vendors based on skills, capability, capacity to deliver,
Award of Contract: As per agreed Lead Time and Planning Schedule (AOP), Amendment of Work orders Rate Analysis, techno commercial comparison using Digital platform
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Project team, Budgeting, Compliance & HO billing) and external stakeholders ( Contractors, Consultants) to ensure smooth contract execution.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors and other parties to secure favourable terms and conditions Manage any contract-related disputes and work towards amicable resolutions.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate contract documentation and provide regular reports on contract status and key performance indicators.
Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest developments in the Real estate market, including legal and regulatory changes.
Team Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the contract management team (if applicable).
Reporting: Generate regular MIS reports as per requirement
