Job Title: CCTV Technician

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras and surveillance systems (with emphasis on Hikvision products).
  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure system reliability.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CCTV and associated equipment.
  • Work closely with security and IT teams to integrate and support surveillance infrastructure.
  • Train end-users on system operation and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system setups, maintenance activities, and service logs.
  • Stay informed about new developments, technologies, and best practices in video surveillance.

Qualifications

  • Any graduate can apply
  • Proven experience as a CCTV Technician, with hands-on experience in Hikvision camera systems preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of CCTV/video surveillance systems and supporting technologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Physically capable of handling installations in varied environments.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
