Job DescriptionThe ETL developer will work closely with Research and IT departmentFor implementing data capture systems to enable relevant data extraction.For preparation of data packages as required for monetizationTo develop research analytic capability to evaluate hospital data base toEnable scientific inferences and hypothesis generationClinical Trial feasibility assessment

Qualifications & Capabilities (mandatory):Excellent knowledge in

SQL Server

and

Oracle

databases specifically T-SQL /SQLExperience in Developing, tune, deploy and maintain SSIS packages to perform the ETL processAdept at extracting data from heterogeneous sources, including databases, CRM systems, flat files, web services, etc.Has sound understanding of transforming ,cleaning, aggregating, mapping, and converting the extracted data to ensure it meets the business requirements and is in a suitable format for analysisStrong knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and solution architecture designHas knowledge and experience in multi-dimensional modellingExperience in gathering requirements and coming up with solution approachFamiliar with reporting tools and products and DWH integration with reporting platformGood analytical skills to understand data matching.Good analytical skills to apply data standardization rules.

Good to have:Strong SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) experienceDatabase administrations knowledge will be a plusHaving a good knowledge of DAX, Power BIKnowledge on maintenance of SQL ServerPrior experience in Healthcare domain is a plus

Soft Skills:Good communication skills and user management skillsProblem solving and analytical skillsAbility to work with teams and other internal departments to drive and achieve common goals
