We are looking for a highly experiencedSAP MM Leadwith a strong background inSAP S/4HANA (preferably Cloud Edition)andSAP Ariba . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading MM-related initiatives, driving digital procurement transformation, and managing end-to-end implementations, includinggreenfield/brownfield migrationsto S/4HANA. A strong ownership mindset, excellent communication, and collaborative skills are critical for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Lead the SAP MM stream across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.Drive integration and process alignment betweenSAP MM and Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle) .Manageend-to-end project delivery , including planning, requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.LeadS/4HANA migrations(greenfield or brownfield), ensuring smooth cutover and business continuity.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement needs and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.Provide expertise onS/4HANA Cloud-specific functionalities , Fiori apps, and innovations in MM.Ensure master data quality, proper documentation, and process compliance.Manage and mentor a small team of consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, etc.).Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend digital enhancements in procurement.Required Skills & Experience:8-12 yearsof experience in SAP MM, including at least2 full-cycle implementations .Strong hands-on experience inSAP MM configuration ,procure-to-pay (P2P) ,inventory management ,procurement contracts ,release strategies , andinvoice verification .Experience withSAP Ariba(integration or functional knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier management).Minimum1-2 end-to-end S/4HANA projects(preferably includingCloud edition ).Prior experience insystem migrationsfrom ECC to S/4HANA.Deep understanding ofbusiness processesand ability to challenge the status quo to bring digital transformation.Exposure toFiori apps ,REST APIs/IDocs , andcloud integrationscenarios is an advantage.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability totake ownership , lead discussions, and drive deliverables independently.Preferred Qualifications:BE/BTech in CS or IT .SAP MM and/or Ariba Certification.Experience inAgile/Hybrid project environments .Knowledge ofcompliance processes, audit requirements , andSOX controlsin procurement.We are looking for a highly experiencedSAP MM Leadwith a strong background inSAP S/4HANA (preferably Cloud Edition)andSAP Ariba .
