We're looking for a hands-on engineer who can own backend architecture, work across the stack, and make high-impact technical decisions. Your Impact

  • Architect, develop, and optimize backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
  • Design cloud-native systems and real-time components on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Build and maintain efficient data models and APIs with PostgreSQL and Redis
  • Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps to ship impactful features
  • Contribute to internal dashboards and admin tools using ReactJS when needed

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in software engineering with a strong backend focus
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API design
  • Must have proven hands-on experience with GCP in production environments
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis for large-scale systems
  • Working knowledge of ReactJS for frontend/dashboard development
  • Experience in a B2C environment

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Python frameworks (FastAPI/Django)
  • Knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, streaming architectures)
  • Experience with AI/ML integrations (vector DBs, GPT, RAG workflows, chatbots)
  • Understanding of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OTEL)
  • Track record of scaling large B2C platforms
