JobDescription:

We are seeking a skilled DevOpsEngineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in implementingDevOps practices particularly with expertise in Liquibase SnowflakeCI/CD implementation. This role requires proficiency in integratingTest Suites with CI/CD pipelines along with a solid understandingof basic SQL and Python scripting. Additionally experience with AWScloud services is essential for thisposition.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ImplementLiquibase Snowflake CI/CD : The DevOpsEngineer will be responsible for setting up and maintainingCI/CD pipelines using Liquibase fordatabase schema management and Snowflake for clouddata warehousing . This includes automating databasedeployments version control and ensuring smooth integration withother DevOps tools.
  • Integration of Test Suitewith CI/CD: Collaborate with development and testing teams tointegrate test suites into the CI/CD pipeline. This involvesautomating test execution result reporting and ensuring testcoverage across various stages of thepipeline.
  • SQL and PythonScripting: Utilize SQL and Python scriptinglanguages to automate infrastructure provisioning deploymentprocesses and other DevOps tasks. The candidate should beproficient in writing efficient scripts to enhance automation andstreamline workflows.
  • AWS CloudServices: Demonstrate expertise in AWS cloudservices including but not limited to EC2 S3 RDS LambdaCloudFormation and IAM. The DevOps Engineer will leverage AWSresources to build scalable reliable and secure infrastructureenvironments as per projectrequirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • 5 to 8 years of handson experience inDevOps roles preferably in a cloudbasedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in Liquibase fordatabase schema management and Snowflake for cloud datawarehousing.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CDconcepts and experience with Jenkins GitLab CI or similartools.
  • Excellent scripting skills in SQL andPython for automation purposes.
  • Indepthknowledge of AWS cloud services and best practices for deploymentmonitoring and security.
  • Familiarity withcontainerization technologies such as Docker and orchestrationtools like Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Ability towork independently in a remote setting while collaboratingeffectively with distributed teams.
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshootingtechnical issues.
