Platform Product Manager

As a Platform Product Manager for the Unified Signal Hub & Data Request Portal at Stellantis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data ecosystem. The mission is to empower data-driven excellence and democratization of data across Stellantis through comprehensive signal data hub and model. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and implementation of key components such as Taxonomy, Ontology, Schema, Knowledge Graph, and Classification of data. Your role will be instrumental in creating a unified data ecosystem that fosters innovation, insight, and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with the 3-year plan, focusing on the introduction and enhancement of Taxonomy, Ontology, Schema, Knowledge Graph, and Classification components.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable product features.- Champion the democratization of data by breaking down barriers and ensuring accessibility to relevant stakeholders across Stellantis.- Drive initiatives that promote collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.- Lead efforts to create and maintain a robust foundation for data modeling, staying at the forefront of industry practices.- Ensure the continuous enhancement of methods to meet evolving data needs, providing structured, organized, and classified data.- Envision and drive the creation of a seamless, integrated data ecosystem across systems and domains within Stellantis.- Establish and reinforce guardrails to protect customer data while creating a cohesive and accessible data landscape.- Develop methodologies and frameworks that empower organizations to harness the full potential of data for excellence.- Work towards making data a catalyst for informed actions and outcomes while ensuring democratized access to data.- Lead initiatives to structure data in a way that enables immediate understanding and insights.- Foster innovation by ensuring that data is not just data but organized, interconnected, and imbued with meaning.- Be the catalyst for innovation and insight within Stellantis by creating a data environment where knowledge flows freely.- Inspire new ideas, discoveries, and breakthroughs that propel the organization forward.- Extend the vision beyond data management to encompass the transformative power of data in decision-making across various domains within Stellantis.- Ensure democratization so that data-driven insights are available to all stakeholders, leading to better decisions and improved outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer science, advanced Engineering degree with Product management experience preferred.- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, particularly in data model or related fields.- Strong understanding of Taxonomy, Ontology, Schema, Knowledge Graph, and Classification concepts of data.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into actionable product features.- Familiarity with the automotive industry and data standards is a plus.
