Role: Test Lead

Experience: 8 to 13 Years

Work Location: Thane, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage testing teams for core and digital banking projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to handle client communication effectively.
  • Manage reporting to both management and clients on project progress, risks, and quality metrics.
  • Expertise in defect management and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Handle escalations from clients and ensure proactive problem-solving.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the testing team.
