Role & responsibilities

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive AM/DM HR Business Partner to drive employee engagement, HR automation, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management at Fibe, a leading fintech consumer lending app. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience managing employees, with sales management experience preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals focusing on talent attraction, retention, and performance management
  • Mentor and coach business partners on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, succession planning, and performance appraisal
  • Drive employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Lead HR automation and continuous feedback initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational structure and employee satisfaction programs

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM - Full Time
  • 3.5+ years experience in HRBP roles, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, or FinTech sectors
    preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Sales experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong data acumen and process improvement focus
