Envertiz is a leading international healthcare recruitment company based in Kochi. We are looking for a passionate and experienced OET (Occupational English Test) Trainer to join in our subsidiary wing, ENVERTIZ ACADEMY . The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training to healthcare professionals preparing for the OET exam. You will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their language goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver interactive OET preparation courses tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' language skills and progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their performance.
  • Develop course materials, including exercises, practice tests, and supplementary resources.
  • Stay updated on OET test formats and requirements to ensure accurate training.
  • Facilitate group discussions and activities to improve communication skills.
  • Maintain student records and track attendance and progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve course content and training methodologies.

Required Qualification :

  • A graduate with a nursing / relevant field.
  • 2 plus years of experience in OET training field is required.
  • Relevant OET certifications
  • Familiarity with the local language.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse learning styles of individuals.
  • Prior experience in developing and customizing training materials for OET preparation.
  • Passion to learn and grow.
  • Responsible and motivated to give your best.
  • Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to accomplish results.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Good Computer & Applications handling skills
  • Microsoft Office & Business Communication.
