- Experience in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data Model creation, Reports and Dashboards creation

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Good to have :

- App-exchange products - Conga or other reporting tools

Job Title : Salesforce Developer (Contract-to-Hire)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce development, including both Apex and Lightning framework, as well as strong knowledge of web services and integrations. The role requires a developer who is adept at adhering to Salesforce best practices and can work effectively in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura framework.

- Implement web services and integrations for data synchronization between Salesforce and external systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.

- Create and manage Salesforce Mobile App functionalities.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for development, including writing test classes, building triggers, batch classes, and future methods.

- Automate business processes, configure security settings, and design data models.

- Develop and manage reports and dashboards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in an agile development model.

- Maintain strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills :
