We are seeking a reliable and proactive Customer Service & Admin Executive to support our clients with their day-to-day communication and administrative needs. The role involves daily coordination with customers, managing enquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks on their behalf. Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential, as you will be directly representing the client in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers through email, chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Handle service-related enquiries, updates, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate daily with customers to ensure smooth communication and timely task execution.
  • Draft and send emails/messages based on instructions provided by customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and tasks in provided systems.
  • Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and general administrative support.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to customers on task status and progress.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Customer Service, Admin, or Client Coordination roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive).
  • Experience working with Australian or international clients will be highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is an advantage.
