Responsibilities

Manage and track Cloud Billing and distribution to the respective unitsBudget and control the spend on the Google BillingOn time delivery all financial reports related to CloudEnsure tracking of provisioning of all cloud resources, projected cost andtrack spendingCoordinate between a multitude of cross functional teams and set clear expectations about responsibilities for internal and external customersEmpower business units for cloud adoption journey, helping them:Adhere to the defined cloud financial models and architectureImplement necessary security controls related to billing CloudSecurity, and Identity and Access ManagementSupport governance processes and serve as CoE interface to BusTo ensure all the spend is optimized and adopt technologies to bring in cost efficiencyRisk ManagementLead and conduct risk assessments and identify and assess potential vulnerabilities in Group’s cloud spendOversee deployment of strategic interventions to mitigate risks on Cloud spendBuild cloud reporting dashboards at the group level for capturing status of different systems related to cloud financialsReview cloud financial status through periodic meetings with CIOs to understand issues and provide resolution for the sameCloud AuditEstablish audit protocols, frequency, and define audit calendar and enlist pre-requisites in accordance with the Group IT audit frameworkDefine and measure security compliance metrics, facilitate and track compliance activities and management action plansEmpanel audit agencies for group/ BU/ site audit and ensure audits are conducted as defined while interfacing with auditors for critical checksMonitor the audit findings at the Group IT, Group Information Security and business level and report any deviations from the policyStakeholder ManagementBuild a trusted advisory relationship with all the BUs and engage with Architects, Engineering, and C-level, identify stakeholder priorities, and design security strategies that deliver business valueEnsure robust decision making with collaborative inputs, resolve conflicts and ensuring follow through on cross functional projectsConsult and collaborate with stakeholders to develop relevant, timely policy and support materials for all business unitsPeople ManagementDrive a performance driven culture – set goals, review performance, and provide feedback to ensure a motivated and committed teamDevelop employee capability and build functional excellence through various learning and development interventions and mentoring initiativesFoster an environment of learning, excellence, and innovation within the team and across teamsJob ProfileBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ Years of experience working with cloud spend management, this will imply hands on experience with cost management tools, services, features and data analysis.7+ years of business development and IT management or IT Finance experience.Must possess demonstrated analytical skills and thrive in a detail-oriented environmentTeam player with strong interpersonal and organizational skillsSome understanding of analytics and data warehouse requiredEntrepreneurial and self-sufficient: work with little oversight delivering high-quality results and driving own agendaEffective problem-solving and mediation skillsStrong planning, project management and problem-solving skillsCustomer focused, result oriented with high level of integrityAbility to adapt to fast-paced and changing environmentsExcellent presentation skillsUsing Basic Office softwareTechnical understanding of Cloud Computing concepts in general and/or GCP specific technologies, platforms and solutionsClear track record of managing complex projects and programs while demonstrating exceptional business judgement.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ Years of experience management consulting, IT transformation consulting, product management, program management and/or business process design experience highly desiredExperience in ISV or management consulting highly desireExhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data driven analyses, and influencing resultsAble to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quicklyMBA or equivalent relevant business experienceStrong English written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting
