Overview :

  • Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams.

Scope:

  • Core responsibilities to include development and design (along with counterparts and distinguished Architects) a ground up cloud native (we use Azure) SaaS product in Order management and micro-fulfillment
  • The team currently comprises of 14+ global associates across US, India (COE) and is expected to grow rapidly.

Our current technical environment:

  • Software: Java, Springboot, Rest API, reactive programming
  • Application Architecture : Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture.
  • Cloud Architecture : MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)
  • Frameworks/Others : Kubernetes, Hazelcast, Kafka, Cassandra, Springboot, maven, GIT

What you’ll do:

  • Develop high quality bug free code following design patterns, oops concepts.
  • Develop highly scalable code following Algos and data structures.

What we are looking for:

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Software development.
  • Strong programming experience and background in Enterprise Java, Microservices, Springboot

Good To Have:

  • Good to have any of the skills such a Cassendra/MongoDB/Kafka
  • Demonstrable experience in developing, designing, building, deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions (we use Azure) in AWS, Azure and or GCP
  • Demonstrable experience with microservices based architecture on Cloud at scale.
  • Experience with implementation of Event driven architecture using Kafka or similar technologies
  • Experience with API management platforms & providing / consuming RESTful APIs
  • Experience with varied tools such as Spring Boot, REST, Hazelcast , Cassandra, NoSQL, RDBMS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Reactive programming.
