As a DOP , you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative content strategies across various social media platforms.

Job Location: Sector 3 Noida

Salary:-25k-30k


Selected Candidates Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:-


  • Discuss the visual style, mood, and colour palette that will best convey the story.
  • Decide on camera angles, framing, and movements that align with the script’s needs and the director’s vision.
  • Visit shooting locations to assess the lighting, space, and any potential technical challenges.
  • Choose the right cameras, lenses, rigs, and other equipment based on the requirements of the shoot.
  • Recommend specific cameras (e.g., digital vs. film), lenses, filters, and other accessories that match the intended aesthetic.
  • Oversee the setup of cameras and ensure that every shot is framed, focused, and exposed correctly.
  • Make on-the-spot adjustments to lighting, framing, or camera movements to accommodate unforeseen challenges or changes during shooting.
  • Oversee colour grading to enhance mood, tone, and visual continuity across scenes.


Qualifications:

Degree in Cinematography/Film Production:

  • A bachelor’s degree in cinematography, film production, or a related field is usually preferred. Courses include visual storytelling, lighting design, camera techniques, and editing.

Specialized Courses/Workshops:

  • Additional certifications or training in advanced cinematography, lighting techniques, or specific camera operations can be beneficial.

Camera Operation Expertise:

  • Thorough understanding of various camera types (digital, film, DSLR, etc.) and their respective uses.

Lighting Design:

  • Expertise in manipulating natural and artificial light to achieve the desired mood and look.

Camera Equipment Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in using different types of lenses, filters, dollies, cranes, and other camera equipment.
