Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager in the perfume industry. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the daily operations of the QA department, ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing QA procedures, conducting inspections and testing, identifying areas for improvement, managing quality assurance processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures
  • Strong skills in conducting inspections and testing, with attention to detail
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly in the perfume or related industries
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and team management abilities
  • Relevant experience in the perfume industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Chemistry, or a related field
