With core capabilities in solar EPC, EV infrastructure, and advanced battery manufacturing, we are pioneering innovative technologies to drive the future of clean energy.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Sr. Engineer – Solar EV, Cell & Module Manufacturing to play a critical role in the technical development, optimization, and execution of lithium-ion cell and battery module manufacturing processes. This role involves deep engagement in production line setup, process engineering, troubleshooting, and technology implementation within a high-precision, fast-paced EV battery manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical process development for lithium-ion cell manufacturing (coating, calendaring, slitting, stacking/winding, electrolyte filling, formation & aging).Oversee battery module and pack assembly processes including cell sorting, welding (laser/ultrasonic), BMS integration, sealing, and end-of-line testing.Drive process optimization and ensure all manufacturing steps meet yield, quality, and safety targets.Evaluate, install, and validate new manufacturing equipment and automation technologies.Develop and maintain Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), PFMEAs, Control Plans, and SOPs.Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for process and quality issues.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, R&D, Quality, Maintenance) for NPI, line setup, and pilot to mass production transitions.Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM tools to improve OEE, throughput, and cost efficiency.Ensure compliance with all ISO/IATF standards, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.Education:B. E./B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, or Mechatronics EngineeringM.
