About the Job:

We are looking for

Principal Business Analyst - Retail Banking

with 8+ years in Retail Banking, to join our rapidly growing team across regions. We are looking for someone with implementation stories to tell and ready to apply best practices to our customers.If you enjoy leading modules independently, teams and task assignments, and are knowledgeable in Retail Banking across different products and the functionalities to be implemented in the application, then you will definitely enjoy working with us.

What you will be doing:

Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specificationsConduct and lead requirements gathering sessions using a wide variety of analysis methodologiesAble to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using different tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XDIdentify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions

What we are looking for:

8+ years of relevant working experience.Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science.Experience in implementing multiple Retail Banking CRM Solutions.Thorough understanding of at least one of the Retail Banking Operations or Functions like Card Operations, Digital Banking, Retail Onboarding and Account Opening.Understanding of Islamic Banking terms, processes with respect to retail banking is a must.Good knowledge of one or more of the Retail Products like CASA Accounts, Fixed Deposit, Islamic banking products, Credit Cards etc.Understanding of various analysis techniques and methodologies.Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using different tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XD.Hands-on Experience working on different rule engines and process automation tools and techniques.
