Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full-Stack Developer or Java Architect to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to architect and implement complex software solutions. The candidate should be passionate about technology, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects.


Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java technologies.

- Architect complex software systems and lead technical decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.


Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js.

- Proficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, MySQL).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 9-13 years of professional experience in software development.

- Proven experience as a Java Full-Stack Developer or Java Architect.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
