We are seeking a talented and experienced AEM Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and will be able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.

This role involves working on exciting projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging your expertise to enhance and maintain our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities : .

AEM Development : Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows in alignment with project requirements and best practices.

Customization : Implement and customize AEM functionalities, including creating new components, templates, and applications.

Integration : Integrate AEM with third-party systems and services, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.

Troubleshooting : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to AEM and ensure smooth operation of the platform.

Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation related to AEM development and deployment processes.

Best Practices : Follow coding standards, best practices, and ensure high-quality and secure code.

Requirements : .

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in AEM (Sites, Assets), Sling, JCR (Java Content Repository), Apache Felix, and OSGi.

Programming Languages : Strong skills in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.

Tools & Technologies : Experience with AEM development tools, version control systems (e.g Git), and build tools (e.g, Maven).

Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications : AEM Developer Certification or equivalent.

Experience : Knowledge of AEM 6.x and Adobe Experience Manager Sites as a Cloud Service.

Agile : Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
