Job Description: Business Associate (Social Media & Brand Development) Position: Business Associate Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time About Us We are a fast-growing startup in the feminine hygiene industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable, and sustainable products. We are looking for a passionate and creative Business Associate who can contribute to our growth by planning impactful social media strategies and strengthening our brand presence. Key Responsibilites: Assist in developing and executing monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , etc.). Research trends, competitor activities, and content strategies to ensure fresh and engaging content. Collaborate with the founder and creative team to conceptualize campaign ideas aligned with brand goals. Support in managing influencer collaborations, partnerships, and customer engagement campaigns. Track and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and suggestions for improvement. Contribute to brand-building initiatives such as storytelling, community engagement, and brand voice development. Assist in brainstorming marketing campaigns, offline promotions, and community-driven activities. Conduct basic market research to identify opportunities for growth and brand positioning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (graduate or final-year student may also apply). Strong understanding of social media platforms and latest digital trends. Creative thinker with good communication and writing skills. Ability to multitask, plan, and implement projects efficiently. Prior internship or experience in social media marketing, branding, or startup environments is a plus.
