Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive 
Site Supervisor
 to oversee daily operations at event sites in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution, managing on-ground teams, and upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily site operations during events.
  • Manage staff schedules and supervise on-ground teams to ensure efficiency..
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensure seamless execution that reflects Gaurav Caterers' premium standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client interactions and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Relevant experience in the catering, events, or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
