As a Sales Executive in our real estate firmyou will be a key player in driving property sales and buildinglasting relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilitywill be to understand the unique needs of potential buyers andsellers guide them through the real estate process and facilitatesuccessful transactions. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack record in real estate sales a deep understanding of themarket and a passion for delivering outstanding customerservice.


Candidate must haveVehicle (Towwheeler/Four wheeler) & (Laptop/Tab/IPad)

Responsibilities:

  • ClientAcquisition and RelationshipBuilding:
  • Prospect and identifypotential buyers and sellers through various channels includingnetworking events referrals and onlineplatforms.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients understanding their needs andpreferences.
  • Property Presentation andTours:
  • Showcase properties topotential buyers through effective presentations and propertytours.
  • Provide detailed information about thefeatures benefits and market conditions of eachproperty.
  • Negotiation and DealClosure:
  • Negotiate terms andconditions on behalf of clients to achieve successful propertytransactions.
  • Guide clients through the closingprocess ensuring a smooth and efficientexperience.
  • Market Analysis andTrends:
  • Stay informed about localreal estate market trends pricing and competitiveofferings.
  • Provide clients with accurate anduptodate information to help them make informeddecisions.
  • Sales Targets andReporting:
  • Meet and exceed monthlyquarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provideregular sales reports and forecasts to the managementteam.
  • Collaboration withTeam:
  • Work collaboratively with otherreal estate professionals including agents brokers and supportstaff to ensure a seamless clientexperience.
  • Proven trackrecord of success in real estatesales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiationskills.
  • Indepth knowledge of the real estatemarket.
  • Selfmotivated resultsdriven andcustomerfocused.
  • Bachelors degree in BusinessMarketing or a related field ispreferred.
