Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Accountant to join our team, for internal accounting of US and Indian Entities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Supporting the Month end close activities and providing essential financial reporting. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal policies and accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities: For both Indian and US subsidiaries.
Accounts Payable:
- Process accounts payable and expense management using approved software (BILL.com, Tipalti, and Divvy, Ramp, Expensify, concor etc.,)
- Ensure all transactions have supporting documentation attached in NetSuite.
Accounting and Reconciliations:
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including receipt of payments and recording deposits in NetSuite and other respective software.
- Reconcile all monthly
