Job Title: FP&A AnalystLocation: NoidaSalary Range: 12 LPA - 36 LPAAbout the Role:We’re looking for sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented finance professionals to join our Planning & Business Finance team. As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis — driving insights that support strategic business decisions.If you enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and partnering with cross-functional teams to create impact, this is the right role for you.Key Responsibilities:- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles- Conduct variance analysis and identify key business drivers- Prepare and automate management reports and dashboards- Partner with business teams to provide data-driven financial insights- Work closely with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives- Develop and maintain models in Excel and Power BI for analysis and reportingRequired Skills & Attributes:- Strong understanding of FP&A processes — budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI preferred- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities- Strong communication skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field- CA / MBA (Finance) preferred- 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business finance, or strategic analysis
