Job Description

  1. As a District Sales Manager you will based at Solapur to handle Sales & Business Development of Gynaecology Segment for reputed Pharma listed company.

  2. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches &Retention / Development of Team of MRs and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.

  3. You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.

  4. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.

  5. You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.

Required Candidate Profile

  1. You should be B.Sc. Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 8 -10 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as District Sales Manager handling of Gynaecology Segment based at Solapur for reputed Pharma listed company.

  2. You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development.

  3. You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new Products and effective implementation of strategies.

  4. You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force.
