Professionals from Mall / Hotel / Commercial Building electrification work experience will be given preference

Job description

  • Validate design issues related to Electrical work and suggest alternative solutions
    Assist in the receipt and review of Electrical submittals
    Assist in the installation of Electrical work
  • Oversee electrical design, installation, testing & commissioning
  • Ensure timely RA bills
  • Coordinate material procurement and Manpower
  • Handle Project Documentation.
  • Manage electrical projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate MEP team (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
  • Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
  • Making sure the quality standards are met.
  • Operating and coordinating electrical systems, including circuitry, wiring, and components.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine project viability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other components.
  • Testing and troubleshooting electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Conducting research to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering.
  • Preparing technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and test procedures.

Required Skills :

  • Electrical Engineering graduate with experience in Electrical Site execution and Project management with years of relevant experience.
  • Mall / Hotel / Commercial Building electrification work experience is must
