Job Description: We're seeking an enthusiastic and creative PR Specialist to develop and execute public relations strategies that will elevate our brand's visibility and reputation in the competitive energy drinks market. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller at heart, with a keen understanding of media relations, brand management, and the unique challenges of the beverage industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with our brand goals and target audience
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders
  3. Write compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials
  4. Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews with company spokespersons
  5. Coordinate press events, product launches, and media tours
  6. Monitor and analyze media coverage, preparing regular reports on PR activities and their impact
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  8. Manage crisis communications and develop response strategies for potential issues
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify PR opportunities
  10. Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring alignment with PR objectives
  11. Coordinate with sponsored athletes, events, and brand ambassadors to maximize PR opportunities
  12. Develop and maintain the company's press kit and media resources


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in PR, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media placements
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Strong media relations skills and established network of relevant media contacts
  • Experience in crisis communications and issues management
  • Proficiency in social media management and monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with PR measurement and analytics tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the energy drinks market and active lifestyle trends is a plus
