Job Overview:
Samvedna Development Society is seeking an IT Associate to manage IT operations, ensure smooth functionality of hardware, and oversee network and security systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT, with a keen focus on enhancing operational efficiency through technological solutions. Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily IT operations, including system administration and technical support.
Maintain hardware infrastructure and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Perform frequent audits of network security systems to ensure data protection and compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with the Head Office (HO) to implement IT solutions that improve operational efficiency and workflow.
Provide real-time technical support for IT-related issues across departments.
Monitor and maintain IT documentation, ensuring all updates are logged.
Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, network management, and cybersecurity protocols.

Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
Knowledge of network security standards, hardware maintenance, and software installations.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
