We are seeking a talented and experienced Android Developer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing high-quality Android applications, a thorough understanding of Android SDK, and proficiency in Java and Kotlin. This role requires technical expertise, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional mobile solutions.


Key Application Development:


- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Android applications.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.


- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.


UI/UX Design:


- Work closely with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.


- Implement custom UI components and animations.


Code Quality and Testing:


- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.


- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixing to ensure application stability and performance.


- Perform code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.


Integration and APIs:


- Integrate applications with backend services and third-party APIs.


- Work with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.


Continuous Improvement:


- Stay up-to-date with the latest Android technologies, tools, and industry trends.


- Continuously improve development processes and adopt new methodologies.


Google Play Store Deployment:


- Manage the submission and release process of applications on the Google Play Store.


- Ensure compliance with Googles guidelines and standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


- 4 to 5 years of experience in Android application development.


- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.


- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.


- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.


- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.


- Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.


- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
